Lion John Mosier was elected District Governor of the Central Maryland (MD-22) Lions Clubs at the Multiple District 22 Convention in Ocean City, April 20-23rd.
During his acceptance speech, Lion John discussed his message of “Change with purpose – Serve with passion” in which he hopes District 22-A Lions clubs will share services and information about clubs to the public.
The special weekend continued for Lion John as he was awarded the LCI Presidential Medal by DG Sue Parks and with Past International Director Bruce Beck. The medal is awarded by the International President to recognize Lions who distinguish themselves for exemplary service that significantly strengthens their community or the Association by being personally involved in club service projects, being supportive of the programs of Lions Clubs International, being supportive of LCIF.
