Area Lions teamed with local eyecare professionals to provide 83 evaluations to local needy at the United Way Project Connect. The event was held at the Epi Center in Edgewood on April 27th.

Lion Monica Worrell was once again the organizer for the event. Other Lion participants included: Dr. David Reed (Churchville); Bijoy & Carol Mahanti (Aberdeen); Alice Leeds (Bel Air), Paul Seadler (Bel Air), Rick Sharesky (Bel Air), Dave Guzewich (Bel Air) and Dr. John Hayes (Bel Air).
