The 2023 Festival show will now mark the 56th annual Bel Air Festival for the Arts, sponsored by the Bel Air Recreation Committee. With 350 artisans and craftspeople, the show represents one of the largest one-day events in Harford County, Maryland.

The Bel Air Lions Club will again volunteer to serve the community by helping out at this years festival.

The 2023 Bel Air Festival for the Arts will be held on 17 September 2023 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Bel Air Festival for the Arts is held in Shamrock Park at 39 N. Hickory Avenue in Bel Air, Maryland. The park is located behind the Bel Air Public Library and the Bel Air Police Headquarters building.

Bel Lions will meet at the bandshell at 6 AM to help entry, and we will meet at the information table at 4;30 in the afternoon to help breakdown the event.
