For generations, the Bel Air Lions Club has proudly served our community through vision programs, food drives, Christmas tree sales, and countless local initiatives that make Harford County a better place to live. But one of our most meaningful efforts lies in the next generation – our youth.

Through the Bel Air Lions Foundation Scholarship Program, we recognize Harford County students who exemplify true community service – not just academic excellence. These are the young men and women who volunteer their time, lead with compassion, and strengthen the fabric of our community.

Over the past eight years, thanks to the generosity of Lions and friends like you, we’ve awarded over $80,000 in scholarships to deserving students. Each award represents more than financial help – it’s a message to our youth that service matters, that kindness counts, and that giving back is what truly builds a stronger community.

This year marks an exciting milestone: we are launching our first-ever Annual Appeal to grow and sustain this vital program. Our goal is to create a lasting scholarship fund – one that will continue to support students in perpetuity, without relying solely on our annual golf tournament.
