Shamrock Park improvements are complete and it’s time to celebrate! Please join us for a ribbon cutting on Thursday, July 13th at 1:00pm for the grand re-opening of Shamrock Park. The updated playground includes a poured-in-place rubberized surface, a new pathway and an expansion of play equipment which have come together to make the playground accessible for all. The event will take place at Shamrock Park at the corner of Lee Street and Pennsylvania Avenue in Bel Air.

Should there be inclement weather, cancellation notice for the event will be sent via email by 10:00am on July 13^th or you may call 410-838-0584 that morning for an update.
